I spend 50 minutes a few days ago with a comcast rep trying to fix my wireless interent. Which Comcast had just been by the previous day to replace our modem. After talking to him for way too long (he was really nice) I gave up and got off the phone with him. For the past two days my roommate and myself have been hard wired to our router. I call Comcast again today to see if I can try again to fix the wireless. Within 5 minutes I have the wireless back, the problem was one the last guy created. Go figure, I’m just happy to have wireless back (and my ungodly long WEP key to logon to the network)

Why is it, that when you go into a public restroom at a restaurant and use their sink, they have them timed so that you can barely get your hands off the push down lever-control-thingies and under the spigot before they turn off. Can’t someone figure this out? It takes me back to to elementary school.

The guys over at engadget found this little gem of a thumb drive. Well, little is an understatement. Its pretty decently sized, and looks crazy sticking out of your computer.

Man, I just finished running Cat5 to our bedroom, so now I can be on the computer AND be in bed at the same time. This is gonna make winter go by a LOT easier!
